Farm To Table + Beyond Dinner with Florida Microgreens

This seasonally focused dinner will offer a 4-course, pre-set menu served to guests in a communal seating environment as the meal is prepare in front of you. The menu will be the chef’s whimsical creations featuring the tiny nutritional powerhouses from Florida Microgreens growing beyond organic goodness in Cape Coral, Florida. Meet Rachel, Rob & Nick, the creative forces of this hydroponic brilliance, at this dinner where they will share their stories of the trials and tribulations of producing sprouts, micro herbs and micro greens.


The 4 course dinner will have wines paired with each course and includes service and a fabulous evening with other members of the community who enjoy stellar food and an exceptional culinary experience! For a non-alcoholic beverage option our house juice blend or coconut water will happily be substituted for the wines. The wines poured at this dinner will be available for retail purchase by the bottle.


This meal will also feature the stellar ingredients of Inyoni Organic Farm, 12 Seasons Farm, Three Suns Ranch and Asbury Acres all located with in a 49 miles radius of our Purple Spoon Kitchen. Come experience our locavore and sustainable approach to eating delicious meals that are nourishing for our bodies, our souls and our community.
