Yoga for a Healthy Low Back Information Session with Susi
Do you have chronic low back pain? Relief may be available through yoga. Studies suggest yoga is effective for treating chronic low back pain. In this information session, Susi will share three easy yoga moves that may help you cope with discomfort in the low back. For those who are serious about back health, she will also introduce you to our ten week series, based on a protocol developed and studied by the Boston Medical Center. This series will help you learn accessible yoga postures carefully sequenced to support relief of back pain. The series is geared for people who have done little or no yoga before. The ten week series runs on Saturdays at 10:30 am January 20 - March 24.
